Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Greece (domestic): Standard delivery 2–5 business days
  • European Union: Standard delivery 5–10 business days
  • International: Standard delivery 10–20 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier delays outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes VOLUME ® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Items If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@volume-r.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at shop@volume-r.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
